The is an independent parent and community support organization established to support the Mighty Marching Bucks band program at Hoke County High School. While the organization works in partnership with Hoke County High School and Hoke County Schools, the MMB Boosters Club operates independently and is not governed, managed, or controlled by Hoke County Schools or the Hoke County Board of Education.
DONATION DISCLAIMER
Donations made to the MMB Boosters Club are used to support student musicians, educational activities, operational needs, travel, equipment, uniforms, meals, hydration support, events, and related band program initiatives.
All contributions are voluntary and do not guarantee student placement, leadership positions, performance opportunities, preferential treatment, or influence over band program decisions.
SPONSORSHIP DISCLAIMER
Business sponsorships and community partnerships are recognized as gestures of support for the student musicians and activities of the Mighty Marching Bucks program.
Recognition of sponsors does not constitute endorsement, approval, recommendation, or affiliation by Hoke County Schools, Hoke County High School, the Hoke County Board of Education, or school administration.
The MMB Boosters Club reserves the right to refuse sponsorships, advertising, or partnerships that conflict with the mission, values, policies, or standards of the organization, school, or district.

VOLUNTEER & BACKGROUND CHECK POLICY
Volunteers participating in booster activities involving direct student interaction may be required to comply with Hoke County Schools volunteer policies, procedures, and background screening requirements where applicable.
The MMB Boosters Club reserves the right to restrict or deny volunteer participation based on failure to comply with school district requirements, organizational policies, or conduct expectations.
