REFUND POLICY

The MMB Boosters Club appreciates the support of our families, sponsors, donors, and community partners. Funds collected through donations, sponsorships, ticket sales, fundraising activities, merchandise sales, and events directly support the students and operational needs of the Mighty Marching Bucks program.


DONATIONS

All monetary donations made to the MMB Boosters Club are considered voluntary contributions and are generally non-refundable.

Exceptions may be considered only in cases of:

  • Duplicate transactions
  • Documented processing errors
  • Unauthorized charges

Requests for donation-related refunds must be submitted in writing within fourteen (14) days of the transaction date.


SPONSORSHIPS

Business sponsorships and sponsorship commitments are generally non-refundable once promotional materials, advertisements, acknowledgments, banners, printed materials, social media promotions, or sponsorship benefits have been initiated or distributed.

Refund requests related to sponsorships will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by the Executive Board.


EVENT TICKETS

Ticket purchases for booster-sponsored events, banquets, fundraisers, competitions, or special activities are generally non-refundable unless:

  • The event is canceled by the organization
  • The event is rescheduled and the purchaser cannot attend
  • Refund terms are otherwise stated for a specific event

The organization reserves the right to determine refund eligibility based on event-related expenses and obligations already incurred.


MERCHANDISE SALES

All merchandise sales are final unless:

  • The incorrect item was provided
  • The item is defective
  • The item is damaged at the time of pickup or delivery

Requests regarding merchandise issues must be reported within seven (7) days of receipt.


EVENT CANCELLATIONS & FORCE MAJEURE

The MMB Boosters Club shall not be held responsible for cancellations, delays, or modifications caused by circumstances beyond the organization’s control, including but not limited to:

  • Weather conditions
  • School closures
  • Facility restrictions
  • Safety concerns
  • Emergencies
  • Acts of nature
  • Governmental restrictions

In such cases, the organization will make reasonable efforts to communicate updated event information and determine appropriate resolutions when possible.


PROCESSING FEES

Certain online transactions may include non-refundable third-party processing fees charged by payment providers or fundraising platforms. These fees may be deducted from approved refunds where applicable.


REFUND REQUESTS

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the MMB Boosters Club and should include:

  • Full name
  • Contact information
  • Date of transaction
  • Description of purchase or donation
  • Reason for refund request

Submission of a refund request does not guarantee approval.


POLICY CHANGES

The MMB Boosters Club reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Updated policies will be posted on the organization’s official website and communication platforms.
